Hotel Stadt Kufstein is located in the center of Kufstein on the Arkadenplatz nestled between the Oberer Stadtplatz, Josef-Egger-Straße, and Praxmarer-Straße one-way streets. It is right at the foot of the fortress surrounded by urban history and the villa quarter. Public transportation including the Kufstein city bus with the convenient bus line 1 and bus stops for the train station are right outside our door. Those arriving by car can park in spaces in the "Zentrum Garage" on the Arkadenplatz marked for hotel guests.

Arrival by train
At the German-Austrian border station in Kufstein, Südtiroler-Platz 3, train types such as Railjet, Eurocity, Intercity, Nightjet, Regional-Express, and Meridian stop at one-hour and two-hour intervals. The Tyrol S-Bahn, express trains, and corridor trains also stop at this train station. The ÖBB (Austrian Federal Railways) and DBB (German Federal Railways) meet at the border here. You can also use services such as the park-and-ride facility, elevators to the platforms, taxis, as well as regional and city buses.
Kufstein city bus
City bus line 1 will take you from the Kufstein train station right to the hotel - take the "Bezirksgericht" (district court) stop. The Kufstein city bus is always a reliable chauffeur. Bus lines 1, 2, and 3, which run through the entire city area, are environmentally-friendly and handicap-accessible. Recreational destinations such as the Kaiserlift and Kaisertal hiking area can be quickly, reliably, and effortlessly reached.
Arrival by plane
We organize transfers for the Innsbruck airport (INN ca. 80 km), Salzburg airport (SZG ca. 100 km), and Munich airport (MUC ca. 130 km). Just let us know the flight number, the exact arrival time at the respective airport, the exact name, and number of people. Your driver will be awaiting you in the arrival terminal of the airport with sign with your name on it.
