All listed prices are per room in € (Euro), including taxes (excluding a local tax). Prices subject to change.

The contract is binding between the guest and accommodation provider. 

The terms & conditions for the Austrian hotel industry apply. The place of jurisdiction is Kufstein.

For bookings of more than 5 rooms / bookings for certain seasons, separate hotel cancellation conditions apply.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide prices for children and adults in a multi-bed room with 2 or more full-paying adults. 

Local tax | € 2 per person/night. From 01.12.2024 € 2,60 per person/night.

Extra fee for pets | € 12 per day (food not incl.) plus final cleaning fee € 15.

Ticket for the underground garage for a one-time exit | € 14 per ticket.
