Prices

All prices are stated per room in euros (€) and include all statutory taxes (excluding local tourism tax). Prices are subject to change.

Contractual partner

The contract is concluded between the guest and the accommodation provider.

Terms and conditions

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions and the General Terms and Conditions of Hotel Stadt Kufstein GmbH shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Kufstein.

Cancellation policy

For bookings of five rooms or more, as well as bookings during peak seasons, the hotel’s separate cancellation policy applies.

Group bookings

The stated conditions apply exclusively to individual bookings. Conditions for group bookings are available on request. If no separate conditions are agreed, the group terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions shall apply.

Arrival | Departure

Check-in from 3.00 pm, check-out  by 11.00 am.

Credit cards

The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, CUP, Maestro, V PAY, Quick.

Children | Shared rooms

Prices for children and adults staying in shared rooms with two or more full-paying guests are available on request.

Local tax

Local tax € 3.50 per person per night.

Dogs

€ 12 per dog per day (excluding food), plus a one-time final cleaning fee of € 15.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you plan to bring your dog, as the number of dogs permitted in the hotel is limited. One dog per room is allowed. Dogs must be kept on a leash outside the room.

If additional cleaning is required, the extra costs will be charged accordingly.

Underground car park ticket – Zentrumsgarage (single exit)

€ 14 per ticket for a single exit.
