Our modern, well-equipped fitness area offers everything you need for your individual workout. High-quality cardio and strength-training equipment is available to help you maintain your fitness or reach new training goals. A TV screen provides entertainment during your workout.
Shower facilities and towels are available directly on site. Fresh spring water offers additional refreshment.
Are the wellness and fitness areas open?
Yes. Our wellness area, featuring a Finnish sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin and relaxation rooms, is open daily from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm. These opening hours also apply to our fitness area.
Are there any clothing requirements for the wellness and fitness areas?
Yes. In the sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, we recommend use without clothing, as these are nude areas. In the relaxation zones, we kindly ask guests to wear a bathrobe and to use a towel.
For the fitness room, sportswear and indoor shoes are required. Towels are, of course, provided in both the wellness and fitness areas.
Are mobile phones permitted in the wellness and fitness areas?
Yes. Mobile phones may be used if set to silent mode. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others seeking rest and relaxation in these areas and to keep smartphones and mobile phones muted.
