Our hotel offers a total of 73 rooms and suites in various categories – ranging from the spacious Master Suite and the Suite Exclusive and Suite Petit to Superior, Superior Luxury and Superior Single rooms. This ensures that both business and leisure guests will find accommodation suited to their needs.

For environmental reasons, we have deliberately chosen not to install air conditioning in our rooms. All rooms have windows that can be opened at any time. In addition, all rooms are equipped with a mobile Dyson air purifier and air cooler to support a comfortable indoor climate, especially on warmer days.

Our seminar rooms Frauenfeld and Rovereto are air-conditioned.

Yes. Our hotel offers two accessible rooms that have been specifically designed for guests with physical disabilities. They provide comfort and independence for a stay without the need for external assistance. During the planning process, particular attention was paid to avoiding physical barriers and accommodating the needs of wheelchair users. Comfort and safety are important at every stage of life – whether after an accident, during rehabilitation or in the case of a permanent physical impairment.

The accessible rooms are over 34 m² in size. All doors have a minimum width of 90 cm.

The bathroom offers more than 5 m² of space, allowing ample freedom of movement. The toilet, washbasin and shower are easily accessible. A raised toilet, non-slip bathroom flooring and step-free access to the shower with a flush entry and exit provide additional safety. The washbasin is wheelchair accessible and offers sufficient legroom, while the mirror is positioned at an appropriate height. Grab rails in key areas offer extra support. Good lighting assists guests with visual impairments, and an extractor system prevents steam build-up.

Due to their generous layout and features, the two rooms are also referred to as accessible suites. Our lifts provide barrier-free access to all floors, including the underground car park, breakfast area and conference rooms.

The elephant Kufstein Lounge is accessible at ground level. The wellness area and fitness room can also be used, with some assistance.

Yes. Please inform us at the time of booking if you wish to bring your dog, as the number of dogs permitted in our hotel is limited. One dog per room is allowed. Outside the room, dogs must be kept on a leash.

The surcharge is € 12 per day per dog (excluding food) and € 15 for final cleaning. Should additional cleaning be required, the extra effort will be charged accordingly.

The main entrance and the night entrance to the hotel lobby are located on the ground floor. From here, you can access the lifts, which conveniently take you to all floors from one to four, as well as to the underground car park.

Our back office and management offices are also located on this level. The hotel's own elephant Kufstein Lounge is likewise accessible directly from the ground floor via a separate entrance.

On the first floor, you will find the breakfast room located in the atrium, including a sunny terrace. This level also houses our conference rooms “Frauenfeld” and “Rovereto”, as well as the meeting room “Langenlois”, all with their own toilet facilities.

The second, third and fourth floors are home to our modern rooms and suites in the categories Master Suite, Suite Exclusive and Suite Petit, as well as Superior Luxury, Superior and Superior Single.

On the fourth floor, the wellness area invites you to relax, featuring a Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin, along with sufficient space for workouts and fitness. Relaxation areas, showers, toilets and access to a small terrace complete the facilities.

As a hotel guest, you can choose between two breakfast options:

Our breakfast buffet is served in the atrium on the first floor. In addition to the buffet, freshly prepared dishes can be ordered individually.

The elephant Kufstein Lounge is a meeting place for hotel guests as well as for locals and external visitors.

Our entire hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in any indoor areas of the hotel.

In the event of a smoking violation, a cleaning fee of € 250 will be charged. Should this result in the activation of a fire alarm, additional costs of € 960 will apply.

No problem. A new key card can be issued at reception at any time.
A fee of € 12.50 per card will be charged for reissuing.

Check-in is available from 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, the room is available until 11.00 am.

For direct bookings, we offer early check-in and late check-out until 3.00 pm, subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so that we can arrange this for you.
